Jark (Cambridge) Ltd is seeking an experienced Maintenance Plumber to join our team on a contract basis in the Thetford area. The successful candidate will be responsible for carrying out repairs, servicing, and general maintenance of plumbing and heating systems.
Key Responsibilities:
•Perform planned and reactive maintenance on all plumbing and heating systems
•Diagnose and repair faults efficiently and to a high standard
•Ensure all work is carried out in line with safety regulations and company procedures
•Maintain accurate records of work completed
•Communicate effectively with clients, tenants, and team members
Requirements:
•Valid skills card
•Strong working knowledge of job site health and safety
•City & Guilds qualification and/or completed Mechanical or Plumbing apprenticeship
•Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a similar role
•Enhanced Level 1 Clearance (or willingness to obtain)
