Job Opportunity: MOT Tester at BMW, Farnborough
We are seeking an experienced MOT Tester to join the growing team at BMW in Farnborough, Hampshire. The position offers an excellent salary with additional bonuses.
Responsibilities include:
1. Carrying out MOT service and repair of vehicles to high standards.
2. Communicating test results and additional work needed with the Service Reception team and Workshop Control.
3. Ensuring quality inspection controls are performed.
4. Maintaining up-to-date product knowledge.
5. Providing high levels of customer service to foster loyalty and referrals.
6. Maintaining good housekeeping and orderly administration of work.
Candidate requirements:
* Previous experience as an MOT Tester or in a similar role.
* Strong teamwork and communication skills.
* Thorough, meticulous, and flexible.
* Ability to work under pressure and maintain quality standards.
* Full driving license.
