Senior Product Manager - UK Iron Mountain is seeking adynamic Senior Product Managerto join ourBFSI Productteam. This role is responsible for defining theCustomer Value PropositionandJobs To Be Done, serving as the customer's voice, and building new solutions from scratch for the Banking and Financial Services Industry (BFSI) across the Europe region. You will have the final authority in backlog prioritization and accepting new stories to maximize the value of each release. What You'll Do (Core Responsibilities) Leadthe product strategy by defining the vision, prioritizing exploration areas for Iron Mountain's BFSI solutions, and conducting in-depth market research and customer consultation. Developand execute on the solution roadmap, converting the product vision into themes, user stories, and epics, and defining acceptance criteria for product capabilities. Managethe product backlog, maintaining and prioritizing the release backlog, and defining the dates and contents for each release. Collaboratewith the agile team, participating in sprint planning, review, and retrospectives, and serving as the voice of the customer and final authority on backlog prioritization.
