From proposition to launch. you will be developing a brief, creating a menu, establishing supply chains, producing recipes supported by full dish specifications, inc costings and step-by-step methodologies. Once development is complete you will be training the kitchen team and supporting the launch working with us to create ongoing financial business modelling and advising on all implementation of operational systems and processes.
