We’re working with a highly regarded Top 100 law firm in Birmingham that is looking to appoint a Commercial Property Associate to join its expanding and high-performing team. The Role You will step into an established caseload and provide expert support across a broad range of commercial property matters, including: Freehold and leasehold acquisitions and disposals Negotiation of development agreements and overage deeds Drafting agreements for lease, leases, and associated landlord and tenant documentation Preparing reports on title, certificates of title, and advice notes Collaborating with other departments as part of multi-disciplinary project teams This is a role with minimal business development requirements, as the caseload and client base are already in place.
