Pay: £19.75 – £21.95 per hour
Hours: Monday – Friday, 40 hours per week (Straight Days)

Earning Potential
Basic Salary: £41,080 – £45,656 per year (based on 40-hour week)
OTE with Overtime: Up to £50,000+ per year
Overview
We’re looking for a skilled LCV Technician to join a modern workshop on a straight Monday–Friday day shift. This is an ideal opportunity for a qualified LCV Technician who values consistency and wants to specialise in maintaining and repairing light commercial vans in a professional, well-organised environment.
Key Responsibilities
As an LCV Technician, your main work will involve servicing, maintenance, and repairs on light commercial vans.
Perform diagnostics and fault-finding on van systems using up-to-date equipment as part of your role as a professional LCV Technician.
Ensure all work is completed to manufacturer standards and within required timeframes, focusing on van-specific repairs and upkeep.
Maintain accurate job cards and workshop documentation, and uphold excellent housekeeping and safety practices.
What You’ll Need
NVQ Level 3 in Light Commercial Vehicle Maintenance or equivalent qualification. Strong van-specific experience will also be considered for this LCV Technician role.
Proven experience as an LCV Technician, specifically working on light commercial vans.
Strong diagnostic, electrical, and mechanical repair skills on van platforms.
Full UK driving licence.
A methodical, quality-focused approach and reliable work ethic.
