Job Title: Temporary Office Assistant / PA

Pay Rate: £17-18 per hour
Duration: Minimum 1 month (potential to extend up to 4 months)
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am-5:00pm or 9:00am-5:30pm
Location: Woking
Office-based Monday to Thursday, work from home on Fridays
Job Overview:
We are looking for a proactive and organised Temporary Office Assistant / PA to support the company's Managing Director and assist with front-of-house duties. This is a varied role ideal for someone who enjoys multitasking and working in a dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide day-to-day support to the Managing Director, including managing the diary, travel arrangements, meeting coordination, and ad-hoc tasks
Cover Reception: meet and greet visitors, handle incoming calls, and take deliveries
Manage stationery orders and general office supplies
Ensure the reception and meeting areas are tidy and presentable at all times
Requirements:
Previous experience in a similar PA/administrative or front-of-house role
Excellent organisational and communication skills
Confident using Microsoft Office and managing calendars
Friendly, professional, and able to work independently
