Key Responsibilities:
As a Secondary Teacher, you will:
Deliver engaging, inclusive lessons that meet the diverse needs of students, including those in SEND provisions.
Adapt teaching methods and materials to support the individual learning needs of students, ensuring academic progress and personal development.
Build strong relationships with students, fostering a positive and inclusive learning environment that encourages engagement and trust.
Promote resilience and a growth mindset using innovative and creative teaching practices.
Collaborate with teaching assistants, SEND specialists, and other staff to develop personalised learning plans and ensure the best outcomes for all students.
Maintain high standards of classroom management, ensuring positive behaviour and implementing school policies effectively.
Assess and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback and support to help students achieve their potential.

Qualifications: QTS status or relevant teaching qualifications.
Experience: Minimum of 6 months teaching experience within the UK curriculum (preferably in secondary education).
Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to obtain one).
Right to Work in the UK and a valid driving license (preferred).
