We are seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join an established team in Newbury. This is an excellent opportunity to play a key role in the commercial management of social housing maintenance contracts, with flexibility to suit either full-time or part-time working arrangements. The Role You will be responsible for the commercial control and financial performance of social housing maintenance and refurbishment projects, working closely with operational teams to ensure contracts are delivered efficiently, compliantly, and profitably.
