Role Overview:
Onboarding Analyst
As an Onboarding Analyst, you will be responsible for onboarding new clients onto our platform. Working with analysts and software developers, you will analyze client data, validate analytics, and configure the product to meet their needs, ensuring they can rely on the platform for their business operations. Each onboarding is unique, presenting new challenges.
Your daily tasks will include:
* Setting up user functionalities for margin management.
* Analyzing trade portfolios to identify necessary data for calculations.
* Testing the product to ensure analytics accuracy for each new client.
* Collaborating with clients to deliver value quickly.

* Adaptability to changing priorities and context-switching.
* Proficiency in data analysis using Excel.
* Effective help-seeking skills and ability to source information.
