Pay Rate: Competitive outside IR35

About the Role:
In this exciting position, you will craft clear, engaging, and precise technical documentation that supports both customers and technicians around the globe. Your expertise will play a crucial role in the lifecycle of our client's remarkable vehicles, from developing Owner Handbooks.
Key Responsibilities:
Owner Handbooks
Develop and maintain Owner Handbooks aligned with new product launches and model year updates.
Interpret technical data from Product Description Books (PDBs), Technical Product Descriptions (TPDs), and Engineering Change documentation and author new content.
Ensure content is customer-friendly, brand-aligned, and technically accurate.Quality & Communication
Ensure documentation meets internal standards and regulatory requirements.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Engineering, Product Planning, Legal, and Marketing.
Support internal and external communications to promote Aftersales initiatives.What We're Looking For:
Skills & Experience
Proven ability to write clear, concise technical documentation for diverse audiences.
Proficient in digital platforms and content management systems.
Experience in external publication and peer review processes preferred.Knowledge Requirements
Proficient in content management systems.
Experience working with technical illustrations.
Familiarity with automotive engineering and Aftersales practises.
Understanding of Bentley product and retailer processes.
Knowledge of VW Group systems and legislative requirements is beneficial.Qualifications
Strong content writing skills
Qualification in English
Good knowledge of content management systems with minimal training provided
