Customer Account Manager\nWellingborough\n£ Basic Salary is competitve Plus many additional benefits offered\nFull Time\nMonday to Friday (37.5 hrs).\n\nIf you thrive under pressure and remain calm in challenging and busy situations this telephone office based Customer Service role for a local Wellingborough based Manufacturing company would be ideal for you.\n\nWhere no two days are the same the role requires someone who is quick thinking and can respond to complex customer queries and is confident using Excel to an intermediary. You will have the ability to learn quickly. You will be an organised and efficient person who puts Customer satisfaction as high priority.\n\nWorking in a team this Customer Service role will be:\n\n•Answering telephone calls and dealing with different issues/ enquires/ complaints\n• Building customer relations and rapport.\n• Assisting with all aspects of the order process; from the quotation to the after sales.\n• Using in-house computer software systems.\n• Ability to understand and learn new processes and systems in a fast paced environment\n\nYou will\nWork in a team in an open plan modern office and report into the Customer Service Manager Pay great attention to detail.
