We’re looking for an ambitious Business Development Manager to join our fast‑growing Renewables team at Luceco Group. This is a high‑impact role where you’ll take full ownership of your territory, drive new revenue, and help shape our presence in one of the UK’s most exciting and future‑focused markets.

🌱 The Opportunity
Operating remotely, you’ll be trusted to identify, win, and deliver new business across the renewables landscape — from EV and solar to battery storage and specification‑led projects. You’ll lead opportunities from initial concept through to completion, building long‑term partnerships and positioning Luceco as a trusted solutions provider.
🔑 What You’ll Be Doing
* Owning and growing your territory, developing a strong and sustainable pipeline
* Winning projects across specification, contractor‑designed builds, tenders and frameworks
* Building influential relationships with M&E consultants, contractors, distributors and specialist installers
* Working closely with colleagues across the wider Luceco Group to maximise cross‑selling and shared opportunities
* Acting as a technical and commercial expert for customers and internal teams
✅ What We’re Looking For
* Proven experience in technical or project‑based sales within renewables (EV, solar, battery storage, circuit protection or similar)
* Strong commercial instinct with a track record of delivering sales growth
* Confident presenter, capable of engaging senior stakeholders and key accounts
* Passionate about renewable technologies and the energy transition
* Highly organised, self‑motivated and comfortable working remotely
* Strong IT capability, including Salesforce, Excel, and CRM/reporting tools
