About The Role
Role Overview:
proAV are a leading global audio visual integrator, providing AV and event services across multiple client partnerships globally.
Our immediate requirement is for an experienced Facilities Manager to be a key part of our Egham team, representing proAV, taking full responsibility to maintain and oversee the day to day running of the buildings in Egham and other proAV buildings as required. This will cover: Cleaning services, Waste, Buildings security, Health & Safety, grounds management, buildings consumables, coordinating service and maintenance with Suppliers, and administering Supplier
contracts and invoices. The role requires a dual function on administration & coordination skills, and will demand a hands-on approach as required.
This is an exciting opportunity for an exceptional, experienced Facilities Manager to join an established operation with scope to drive and enhance the service at every opportunity.

Key Responsibilities:
* Maintain and manage the facilities on a day-to-day basis.

Building and grounds maintenance, including car parks.
*
Building security and integrity.
*
Management of planned and reactive maintenance works and updating maintenance schedules of company estate.
*
Management and coordination of contractors and work order trail from start to finish, including any documentation.
*
Manage and oversee cleaning service incumbent ensuring high standards are met and any requests adhered to.
*
Management of all facilities Health & Safety across the proAV campus.
*
Management of all Health & Safety documentation, environmental compliance and appropriate ISO accreditations and audits.
*
Maintain and update first-aid and fire marshal training, accreditations and schedules.
*
Fire safety specialist, covering: Policy, Alarm tests and evacuation process.
*
Monitor and ensure replenishment of consumables including first-aid supplies, kitchen supplies and cleaning items.

Oversee PPE policy and requests.
*
Manage proAV workwear and supplies.
*
Management of plant and plant hire.
*
Manage and oversee the Company fleet vehicles (Finance administer day to day activity).

Undertake office and furniture moves by determination of space management.
*
Undertake building & H&S inductions, in collaboration with HR.
*
Responsible for the administration and upkeep of the Company facilities manual and manage the facilities mailbox.
* Manage all Suppliers, including coordinating contracts, purchase orders for materials/equipment as required, as well as delivery of services.
* Management of the reception team, providing front of house services.
Hours of work:
40 hours per week, 9 hours a day on a rotational shift basis between 7am-7pm, including an hour unpaid break, Monday-Friday.
