Job Title: Head of Marketing (12 Month Maternity Cover)

About the Role
This role is a 12 Month FTC due to maternity cover. We anticipate for this role to begin from mid-April 2026.
We are looking for a Head of Marketing Services to take on a pivotal role managing and guiding the team to deliver high performing campaigns across the firm. This role has significant people management responsibility supporting the growth and development of team members to reach their full potential. This role is responsible for all marketing channels and for the creation of content, in line with the marketing strategies and plans. Day to day responsibilities include:
Lead, develop and manage a team of marketing specialists who will create content and manage the marketing channels for the delivery of best-in-class marketing campaigns.
Attend campaign briefing meeting, provide strategic advice and guidance on the right marketing channels and appropriate content to gain traction.
Be responsible for the strategic direction, management and performance of all external facing communication and engagement channels including: all websites, social media platforms (organic and paid), email marketing (including newsletters, campaigns and automation), externally facing videos and podcasts, events, direct mail/print, emerging channels and new digital/physical channels as appropriate.
Own the development and delivery of a new website.
Establishing systems and procedures to ensure the team is delivering services on time, on budget and to the best quality.
Own the roll out plan and adoption of HubSpot CRM across the business, ensuring the investment is utilised and being effectively used by the team.
Create and present reports on the performance of marketing campaigns and the overall marketing channels with recommendations for continuous improvement.
Continually horizon scan for new and upcoming technologies and tools that will improve efficiencies and performance within the function and create business cases to obtain the relevant investments.
Collaborate with external agencies and internal teams to elevate creative output and campaign effectiveness.
Develop tailored strategies for key markets such as USA, Germany and new offices.
Support Partners around the world with marketing such as; website delivery (with agency), campaign implementation, internal workflow discipline, deadlines, capacity planning, reporting rhythm, project governance.
What We're Looking For
We want someone who thrives in a fast-paced, people-focused environment and brings:
Supportive operations and people manager with experience leading teams.
Highly organised, with effective planning/project management, and prioritisation skills. Multi-stream project coordination (website, campaign, events, content).
A marketing all-rounder with great marketing knowledge, and strong digital marketing experience, with fluency in MarTech and data.
Relevant experience in website project delivery, used to working with agencies and developers, with knowledge of best practice for international websites. With good understanding of CMS migration, SEO risk, content mapping, etc.
Structured thinker, calm, clear communicator.
