Role Overview
As an Aftersales Advisor, you will handle inbound and outbound calls, manage customer enquiries, coordinate repairs, and resolve complaints with empathy and efficiency. You’ll keep customers updated, interpret concerns accurately, and ensure their expectations are met throughout the process.
Qualifications
* Strong customer service background (motor trade experience advantageous but not necessary)
* Excellent telephone, PC, and administration skills
* Complaint handling
* Confident, personable, and able to build long‑term relationships
* Clear communicator, able to explain complex information simply
* Customer‑focused, proactive, and solution‑driven
* Resilient, adaptable, and open to feedback
* Technical or vehicle knowledge is an advantage
