However, this is one single position – so wherever you see it, it's the same great role.We are looking for a Curriculum Developer to join The Learning Enterprise (TLE), part of HCRG Care Group. This is an exciting fixed-term opportunity until March 2025 to play a key role in redesigning and enhancing apprenticeship programmes that support learners across health and leadership pathways.You'll work closely with colleagues, subject experts and employers to review our apprenticeship provision and create engaging, inclusive, and innovative learning journeys that align with apprenticeship standards and prepare learners for End Point Assessment. This role is about more than shaping curriculum frameworks – you'll also build the digital and classroom-based tools that bring learning to life.The role offers hybrid/remote working with occasional national travel, and the chance to join a supportive Apprenticeships Team of 12 within our wider 65-person training provider.
