Job Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced property professional to join our property team as Head of Property at Klarent Head Office. This role manages property-related matters within our hotel portfolio.
The Role
* Responsible for construction projects, maintenance strategies, estate management, and identifying value-add opportunities.
* Collaborate with investors to deliver key projects.
* Oversee health & safety compliance.
* Support development and delivery teams throughout project lifecycles.
* Manage maintenance budgets.
The Ideal Candidate
* Extensive experience with Mechanical and Electrical hotel systems.
* Strong construction project management skills.
* Experience working with contractors, designers, and consultants.
* Leadership skills with the ability to influence and provide clear direction.
* Ability to manage competing priorities.
* Excellent personal branding and standards focus.
* Hospitality experience is desirable.
