The Role
* Drive Occupancy: Manage the full sales funnel, from initial enquiry to move-in.
* Network & Influence: Build strong relationships within the local community to generate high-quality leads.
* Digital & Local Marketing: Enhance the homes profile through targeted campaigns and community events.
* Data Strategy: Use CRM tools (Salesforce) to analyze performance and optimize conversion rates.
