What's the role?
As an Environmental Engineer, you'll be a key part of our team – both on-site and off – helping us deliver technical and practical support on a range of environmental projects. From soil sampling and environmental monitoring to supporting with remediation and environmental works, you'll be right in the action.
This role is hands-on and varied, so if you're the kind of person who enjoys rolling up your sleeves and getting involved, we think you'll love it.
What you'll be doing:
Supporting the delivery of environmental consultancy, site investigation, environmental enhancement and remediation projects
Learning (and sharing) knowledge about site remediation, ecology, waste classification, and soil sampling
Project managing small-scale investigations, environmental works and remediation jobs with minimal supervision
Undertaking environmental monitoring and reporting on progress
Soil logging (trial pits and boreholes) in line with BS5930:2015
Collecting and storing soil and water samples correctly
What we're looking for:
Bachelor's degree in Environmental Engineering or a related field.
A can-do attitude and a willingness to learn
Someone comfortable working on-site – potentially nationwide
Strong communicator, both written and verbal
Confident, professional, and a team player
Organised, responsible, and happy making decisions when needed
A full UK driving licence (this one's a must)
