Springwood is a large primary age Special School (375 pupils aged 5 11) based over a number of sites, which caters for pupils with moderate, severe and complex needs. Previous experience of working with young people of school age who may present with challenging behaviour and complex needs, preferably within an educational setting. Are you ready to develop your skills and expertise to lead groups of pupils? Do you have the drive to develop your skills and expertise in a nominated area of specialist communication?
