The Senior Digital Marketing Manager will drive digital excellence across multiple channels, inspire a talented team, and shape how consumers engage with these iconic brands.
Role Highlights
* Develop and execute digital marketing strategies across social, search, display, influencer, and community channels
* Lead social media and community management to strengthen consumer engagement across all platforms
* Manage and optimise relationships with external digital agencies
* Drive digital innovation, applying a test-and-learn approach to new tools and tactics
* Lead, coach, and develop a team of 5, ensuring capability and career growth
* You Will Need 8 to 10 years’ experience in digital marketing (agency or client side)
* Proven success in delivering large-scale digital campaigns and strategies
* Strong data analytics knowledge (e.g. Google Analytics)
* Track record of agency and stakeholder management
* Commercial acumen with hands-on budget management experience
