Key Responsibilities
* Support the Head Chef in all day-to-day kitchen operations while maintaining consistently high standards.
* Support and deputise for the Head Chef across kitchen service.
* Supervise, train, and motivate kitchen staff.
* Assist with menu planning and development as your role grows.
* Maintain high standards of food quality and presentation.
* Work closely with management to deliver smooth, consistent service.
