As Centre Manager, you will bring your expertise, vision, and leadership to ensure the highest standards of care and education for our children. What We’re Looking For NVQ Level 4 (or higher) in Childcare, or equivalent Designated Safeguarding Lead (DSL) experience At least two years’ experience in a senior or management role within a similar setting Strong background in Special Educational Needs (SEN) and Early Years Proven ability to lead, plan, and deliver the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) Framework Excellent understanding of safeguarding, child protection, health and safety, food safety, confidentiality, and whistleblowing Experience in risk assessments, care plans, and incident reporting Commitment to equality, diversity, and inclusive practice Strong organisational skills, with the ability to meet deadlines and adapt to changing needs Excellent knowledge of Ofsted standards and requirements Ability to build and maintain professional relationships with staff, families, and external agencies Why Join Us?
