As a Medical Secretary at our hospital, you’ll bring a keen eye for detail, strong secretarial skills, and great communication abilities. You’re proficient with Microsoft Office, comfortable working with numbers, and committed to providing our teams with the best support.
As a Medical Secretary, you will:
Provide high-quality administration and secretarial support to hospital consultants.
Deliver exceptional customer service, ensuring patient satisfaction.
Prioritize a busy workload while maintaining professionalism and composure under pressure.
Manage diaries, type clinical reports and letters to a high standard, book appointments, and handle email correspondence.
Serve as the primary contact for patients, offering clear communication and excellent service.
