Main responsibilities:
23. Building relationships with the Estate Agency teams in order to provide training and support.
24. Attracting new customers and business, whilst being motivated to achieve professional goals within a result-driven environment.
25. Being able to walk our customers through the entire mortgage service process, including providing advice on a range of products and services to meet customer needs.
26. Taking part in regular branch meetings to discuss best practice and build lasting relationships.
Skills and experience required:
27. Full CeMAP or industry equivalent qualification
28. Able to generate new business in a target driven environment
29. Outstanding customer care / customer service experience
30. Resilient, positive, organised, numerate and detail oriented
31. Excellent verbal and written communication skills
32. IT literate (MS Office, internet, email systems)
33. A Full UK driving license and access to your own vehicle
