Other key duties include: Assisting the Contracts Department in ensuring the delivery of Contracts to include liaising with other departments. Assisting the Contracts Department in ensuring that the correct manpower is allocated to Contracts. Measuring material quantities, requisitioning materials & sourcing alternatives as required. Checking materials received on site to ensure no shortfalls / errors. Assisting in the production of project programmes and updating/ revising programmes both at head office and on site when required Participating in site surveys and assisting in the Contract site delivery (worldwide) Assisting in other MJM departments as the need arises Making full use of your communication, negotiating, influencing, analysing, problem solving, planning, and organising skills All other duties as required and directed by management commensurate with the position.
