The role will focus on fund administration and supporting investor relations, helping to continuously improve the service we provide to our investors. You would be joining a collaborative and inclusive team of eight, each with a range of institutional backgrounds. Role and responsibilities Fund Administration Liaise with Apex Unitas, Ethos’ third-party nominee and custodian Accurately manage all income and capital records for each investment in Excel, including ad hoc updates and quarterly cash and capital reconciliations Reconciliation and allocation of investee company interest payments and other distributions across the relevant investors each quarter Preparation of documents (such as new investment instructions, payment instructions, distribution allocation forms) throughout the investment lifecycle Support compilation and distribution of the biannual Portfolio Report Support the CFO in the production of various FCA regulatory returns such as AUM and AIF reporting Ad hoc projects Investor Relations Onboard new investors, including preparing and processing onboarding documentation (Customer Agreements, AML documents, Custody and Nominee Registration documents) Support the maintenance of investor records and client relationship management through the CRM (FolioMetrics) Reply to investor emails during a live deal to help resolve any investor queries Assist with the organisation and management of investor events such as golf days, investor breakfasts, and an annual investor meeting for 80 investors Manage Ethos’ digital footprint including LinkedIn posting, podcasts and deal videos, and Ethos website Qualifications required Strong Excel skills and comfortable working with financial data Interest in Financial Services, Private Equity, and Investor Relations Excellent communicator and ability to work within a small team eFCSoSe
