This is a specialist all-through school in Rugby supporting pupils with a wide range of complex needs across both Primary and Secondary phases. Your new role
Provide 1:1 and small group support for pupils with additional needs (Autism, ADHD, SEMH, MLD, PMLD).
Support pupils across Primary and Secondary classrooms, adapting to different age groups and learning levels.
Assist teachers in delivering tailored learning plans linked to EHCP targets.
Encourage communication, social interaction, and independence.
Help create a safe, positive, and inclusive classroom environment.
What you'll need to succeed
Experience working with children or young people with SEN (school, care, or youth work backgrounds considered).
Patience, resilience, and a genuine passion for supporting pupils with additional needs.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Flexibility to work across both Primary and Secondary age groups.
Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
