The Role: We seek an experienced Account Manager for one of our Top 10 accounts. The role involves managing Samsung’s UK B2B and European projects across Strategy, Creative, Advertising, Channel, Product marketing, Social & Influencer, CRM, Events, and Measurement. You will lead projects from start to finish, build client relationships, oversee strategic and creative outputs, and manage all aspects of delivery, including scoping, resourcing, and final outputs. The role collaborates with wider capabilities in Advertising, PR, Influence, and Consulting.
You will develop trusted client relationships, inspire teams, foster innovation, and orchestrate impactful marketing campaigns. You will ensure high standards of delivery, effective communication, and continuous process improvement, shaping client success and Ogilvy’s position as a global leader.
Responsibilities include:
1. Managing product marketing channels and campaigns, keeping clients informed
2. Building internal relationships across Strategy, Creative, Project Management, and other teams
3. Managing project delivery, including client presentations, timelines, and final outputs
4. Handling scope changes, budgets, and invoicing
5. Learning about agency capabilities and client challenges
6. Developing proposals for additional work and case studies
7. Supporting onboarding of team members and clients
You’ll be responsible for:
* Championing creative excellence and attention to detail
* Encouraging innovative and boundary-pushing ideas
* Staying updated on industry trends and technology, including AI
* Promoting diversity and inclusivity
* Providing strategic counsel and crafting compelling presentations
* Ensuring team communication and embodying agency values
* Optimizing operational processes
Ideal candidate: At least 2 years’ agency experience, capable of managing complex projects across platforms, building strong client relationships, and demonstrating excellent communication and organizational skills. Commercial awareness and understanding of Samsung’s brand language are essential.
