We are looking for an experienced and highly organised Executive Support Assistant to provide first-class support to our senior leadership team who founded the business and are preparing for the next chapter in our success story. This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team at our Head Office in Team Valley where you will work closely with the PLC Directors team giving you great experience and exposure to build your career.
Responsibilities
* Diary Management: Organise schedules, meetings, and travel arrangements for senior leaders.
* Meeting Support: Prepare agendas, take accurate minutes, and track action points.
* Communication: Be the first point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, ensuring professional and timely responses.
* Confidentiality: Manage sensitive information with discretion and maintain the highest standards of professionalism.
Qualifications
* Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or a similar role with transferable skills.
* Exceptional organisational and time‑management skills.
* Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and digital collaboration tools.
* Ability to work accurately at a pace and to adapt to changing priorities.
