We’re on the lookout for a QA Analyst to join our web project team. You’ll be at the heart of making sure our projects run smoothly, from testing new features to ensuring everything works as it should before going live. You’ll handle business and acceptance testing, track issues, and work closely with suppliers to resolve them.

Booker.co.uk is the UK’s fastest-growing B2B wholesale website, handling around 30% of Booker Group’s sales. Our IS Web team manages everything behind the scenes, from infrastructure to apps for our websites, including our main B2B commerce site and several content-based sites for our brands.
Responsibilities:
1. Manage the administration of the website.
2. Monitor system KPIs.
3. Generate management information reports.
4. Support delivery of the website/digital systems roadmap.
5. Experience with automation tools/frameworks such as Selenium, Cucumber, Quantum.
6. Experience with test management tools like JIRA, Xray, Selenium Open Source.
7. Experience with continuous integration tools such as GitHub, Azure DevOps.
8. Analyze requirements and create/track requirement coverage.
9. Work with third-party suppliers and vendors.
10. Implement process improvements across the Software Development Lifecycle.
11. Knowledge of web analytics tools like Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager.
12. Experience with system performance tools such as Datadog and Google Analytics.
