Location: Warwickshire / Leamington Spa
Hours Per Week: Monday - Friday 40 Hours

1. Be suitably experienced to perform routine maintenance and inspections of mechanical systems and electrical systems including all on-site HVAC equipment, mechanical plant equipment, general electrical and plumbing systems
2. Conduct preventive maintenance activities to extend the lifespan of all mechanical plant equipment and systems, including: FCUs, AHUs, Calorifiers, ASHP, Heat exchangers, Pumps, and motors.
3. Maintain the above equipment in line with contract specifications and industry guidelines whilst complying to company health and safety policies
4. Be confident in using building management systems (BMS) to understand the performance of the HVAC equipment, identify faults and rectify
5. Work as part of a team responsible for the maintenance of various sites
6. Act as the lead coordinator on site as necessary
7. Have the ability to meet with a variety of Clients to represent the Company and remain courteous and professional in your dealings at all times.
8. Accurate completion and timely submission company documentation (Hard copy or electronic) as required per contract.
9. Use their own initiative to solve complicated technical problems associated with minor works activities, including sourcing parts & materials and seeking manufacturer technical support.
10. Observe the highest levels of health and safety at all times, including carrying out point of work risk assessments for every task to ensure the best possible working practices are adhered
11. Have a sound understanding of the current edition of BS and associated IET guidance documents in relation to best practice and principals.
12. Participate on the companies on call rota to provide the client with full out of hours cover

About You
Essential Criteria
1.NVQ / C&G Level 3 in HVAC/ Electrical Engineering or Building Services Technician
2.Electrical qualifications - 18th edition C&G
3.Hold a minimum of 3+ years’ experience in a building maintenance role, particularly in relation to commercial planned, reactive and remedial maintenance
4.Proven experience as a maintenance engineer in building services
5.Current Full UK Driver’s License
6.IOSH Working Safely / CSCS Card
7. Normal eyesight colour vision
8.Be able to undertake Non Personnel Police Vetting level 2
Desirable Criteria
1.Experience in planned & reactive maintenance
2.Gas Safe registration commercial gas, COCN1, CDGA1, CIGA1, Unvented Hot Water.
3.PASMA
4.IPAF Licence
5.IT Skills – in the use of PDA’s
6.Asbestos Awareness Training
