To be successful, you will have...
5. Eligible for registration in the category of Registered Nurse by the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia.
6. Demonstrate extensive clinical experience in medical and surgical nursing.
7. Proven ability to develop, plan, implement and evaluate clinical services.
8. Demonstrated skills in negotiation and conflict resolution.
9. Demonstrated ability to function as a team leader and mentorship skill.
10. Demonstrated evidence of effective written and verbal communication skills.
Position Profile:
To demonstrate advanced clinical skills, problem solving strategies and the ability to coordinate patient care and allocated staff in consultation with the Clinical Nurse Manager. Will be able to function independently in an expanded role of general clinical practice. Will take on a specific portfolio as stipulated by the Clinical Nurse Manager.
