Teaching Assistant – Cranborne, Dorset

Your Role
* Support students in class, 1:1 or in small groups
* Help build independence and personal development
* Support positive behaviour and emotional regulation
* Assist with planning and learning activities
* Join off-site learning and enrichment activities
* Keep accurate records and follow safeguarding procedures
What You Need
* Full UK driving licence + access to a car
* Age 21+ (site requirement)
* Positive, enthusiastic, team-focused
* Reliable, professional and supportive
* Confident with basic ICT
* Willing to learn and gain qualifications (fully funded)
