We are recruiting Learning Support Assistants for a specialist provision in West Drayton, supporting students with emotionally based school avoidance (EBSA), SEMH needs, and complex emotional profiles.
About the Role
This specialist setting supports young people who have struggled in mainstream education due to:
1. Anxiety and depression
2. Emotionally based school avoidance (EBSA)
3. Trauma and adverse childhood experiences
4. Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs
Your role will focus on rebuilding confidence, emotional safety, and trust, helping students re-engage with education in a structured, therapeutic environment.
You’ll work in a small, nurturing setting with a strong emphasis on:
5. Emotional regulation
6. Relationship building
7. Personalised and therapeutic learning approaches

We are recruiting for multiple intakes:
8. 13th April 2026 (primary start date)
9. June / July 2026
10. September 2026 (new academic year intake)

What We’re Looking For

No prior school experience is required — your attitude, empathy, and motivation are key.
