Job Description

Step into a pivotal role as an onsite Contract Manager in Slough, where your expertise in recruitment and management will drive success and satisfaction at a prestigious client site. With a generous salary £33k per annum including bonuses. You will lead a dedicated team, ensuring excellent service delivery that aligns with Service Level Agreements and Key Performance Indicators.

Your leadership will be instrumental in fostering a strong relationship with the client. Orchestrating recruitment campaigns and overseeing a dynamic workforce to surpass client expectations and enhance operational excellence.\n\nHere's what you'll be doing as an onsite recruitment manager:\n\nManaging key performance indicators, including service delivery, financials, resourcing/recruitment, and cost management to ensure maximum profitability of client accounts.\nBuilding and maintaining strong relationships with key client contacts at all levels, as well as with internal departments and client management.\nManaging candidate sourcing, resourcing, and campaign management to meet client requirements.\nProviding bench-marking information to clients on local salaries and temporary wage rates.\nConducting regular service reviews with clients to discuss operational performance and ensure adherence to contractual SLAs.\nActing as a point of escalation for client issues and resolving them effectively.\nResearching and understanding the local recruitment market and competitor activity.\nMaintaining compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as health and safety guidelines.To succeed in this role, you'll need:\n\nStrong people-management skills and the ability to demonstrate excellent customer service.\nBusiness development skills to drive growth and exceed client objectives.\nExperience in recruitment and candidate management including compliance and right to work checks.\nExcellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively collaborate with clients and colleagues at all levels.\nHigh levels of self-motivation and the ability to work well under pressure and tight deadlines.\nA detail-oriented and numerate mindset to ensure accuracy in all aspects of the role. \n\nIf you have previous experience managing clients in the delivery of large volumes of temps/contractors, strong relationship and influencing skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional service, then we want to hear from you!\n\nDon't miss this opportunity to join our client's dynamic team.
