The Role
As a Care Coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating care packages and managing staff rotas to ensure our clients receive safe, effective, and high‑quality care. This is a fast‑paced and rewarding role where strong organisation, communication, and problem‑solving skills are essential.
Key Responsibilities
* Coordinate and schedule care staff to meet client needs efficiently
* Manage rotas and ensure all care visits are covered
* Communicate effectively with carers, clients, and families
* Support the onboarding and ongoing support of care workers
* Maintain accurate records and care schedules
* Respond to changes in care requirements and staffing needs
* Ensure services are delivered in line with company policies and care standards
* Support the branch with general administration and operational duties
What We're Looking For
* Previous experience in care coordination, healthcare, or scheduling roles preferred
* Excellent organisational and communication skills
* Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities
* Strong attention to detail
* Good IT and administration skills
* A caring, professional, and team‑focused approach
* Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle (essential)
