About the Role
You will lead the delivery of a complex, multi-year programme to implement new care systems across the Trust. This is a high-profile role that will drive technological and operational transformation, improve resident outcomes, and support our mission to help older people flourish.
Reporting to the Head of PMO, you will:
* Oversee the full implementation and post-change embedding across the 5 sites in and around Bristol.
* Champion change and foster engagement across the organisation.
* Manage cross-functional teams and stakeholders at all levels.
* Ensure robust planning, budgeting, and risk management.
What We're Looking For
We're seeking someone, for a Fixed Term contract up to £60K (over 12 -18 months), with:
* Proven success in delivering large-scale projects or programmes in Care Services.
* Preferably experience in delivering Nourish and Camascope systems
* Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
* Expertise in project and change management methodologies.
* A passion for making a difference in the lives of others.

The role
As an Administrator, the role involves providing administrative support to the services, including activities relating to finances, residents, colleagues, reception and general support to the wider management team. A working knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Word, Outlook and Excel, Access (or other databases) is essential.
