We are looking for experienced Support Workers who have a strong desire to make a difference in supported individuals lives.
Working in partnership with Social Care and NHS to provide long-term complex care as well as supporting individuals with everyday living, within and around Invergordon.
Our mission is to ensure the highest standards of care and service are delivered to our Clients, whilst maintaining independence and choice.
Previous experience working in the Scottish care industry is a mandatory requirement.
Minimum pay of £15 per hour for a Support Worker. Higher rates of pay at the weekend and Scottish Public Holidays.
• Driver’s licence is preferred but not mandatory.
• We do not provide Visas, however, we do honour the 20 supplementary hours for current Visa holders.
• Full in-house training is provided free of charge and 24hour on-call support for current staff is available.
