Role Overview
We are looking for a warm, enthusiastic, and dedicated Registered Nurse to join our award‑winning team. This position will act as the person in charge, standing in for the Manager as required, and ensure high standards of care for residents.
Responsibilities
* Undertake nursing tasks including distribution of medication, dressings, catheterisation, tube feeding and management of chronic medical conditions.
* Advise families of residents and GPs of any changes in condition, keeping them informed and involved in care decisions.
* Responsibility for effective deployment and supervision of staff within the care team, ensuring all tasks are completed during the duty period and residents receive required care.
* Provide high standards of care by undertaking accurate assessment and planning.

Ideal Candidate
* Hold a Level 1 qualification and current NMC Registration.
* Demonstrate a minimum of 2 years’ experience and up‑to‑date knowledge of care, supported by relevant post‑basic studies or qualification.
* Display strong interpersonal skills and ability to instruct and demonstrate care activities.
* Have sound knowledge of care planning and its practical application.
