The role will involve handling a variety of property-related disputes and advisory work such as possession and injunction claims, disrepair and breach of tenancy matters, cases involving the Equality Act and Mental Capacity Act, as well as leasehold management and service charge disputes. For those at Associate level, there may be opportunities to support junior colleagues and get involved in business development initiatives.What you’ll need to succeedYou will have strong litigation experience, ideally within property disputes, and the ability to manage your own caseload effectively. Excellent client care skills,mercial awareness, and strong drafting ability are essential. While experience in housing management is desirable, it is not essential, and candidates with a background in property litigation will be considered.
