Your duties will include:
Assisting the Operations Manager in identifying new sales opportunities, business potential, and market developments.
Collaborating with other departments to develop and maintain strong working relationships with colleagues.
Overseeing day-to-day operations to ensure smooth and efficient service delivery across all departments.
Supporting the implementation and monitoring of operational policies and procedures to maintain high standards.
Assisting in managing staff schedules, training, and performance evaluations to enhance team productivity.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience supervising hotel operations, along with exceptional attention to detail and strong organisational skills, which are essential for this role.
