We're currently recruiting for a Creative Field Sales Executive to join a dynamic and growing business. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with experience selling creative or design led products who enjoys being out on the road, meeting clients face to face and driving revenue growth across a designated territory. You'll play a key role in developing existing accounts, identifying new business opportunities and representing a portfolio of creative products with confidence and enthusiasm. Key Responsibilities as Creative Field Sales Executive include: Develop and grow existing customer accounts within your territory Identify and win new business opportunities alongside the Sales Support team Build and maintain strong, long term relationships with customers Organise and manage journey plans to maximise efficiency and territory coverage Travel regularly to customer sites to present and demonstrate creative products Carry product samples and deliver engaging, persuasive presentations Set up displays and ensure correct product placement in store where required Meet with clients to discuss product launches, promotions and sales performance Write and process orders, ensuring timely and accurate product delivery Resolve customer queries and complaints in a professional and timely manner Provide promotional materials and product information to drive engagement and sales Monitor competitor activity and market trends to maintain market share Attend trade shows, conventions and events to promote products and expand networks Contribute to individual and team sales targets within a collaborative environment Experience & Skills Required: Previous experience within field sales, ideally within creative, design led or consumer product sectors Strong sales acumen with a customer first mindset Excellent verbal communication skills Confident relationship builder with strong client management abilities Proactive, target driven and commercially aware Highly organised with effective time and territory management skills A team player who thrives in a fast paced, results focused environment You'll receive a competitive basic salary of up to £34,000 depending on experience plus uncapped commission (realistic OTE £50k), company bonus and a company car.
