JOR Property Ltd are a busy property maintenance company based in Aberdeen.
We are looking for an experienced, time served, Painter and Decorator. Applicants must be able to demonstrate knowledge and experience of Painting and Decorating works. The applicant must also have good interpersonal skills, with a customer focused outlook and be able to work and communicate effectively on your own and as part of a team and a full, valid driving licence.
The responsibilities will include, but will not be restricted to the following:
* Internal / external paint works.
* Wallpapering.
* Ames taping.
To be considered for this role, you must:
* Fluent in English – spoken and written.
* Time-Served and experienced.
* Have a high standard of work.
* Be able to work on own initiative.
* Have a positive attitude.
* Be a good communicator, able to provide clear updates/reports on jobs attended.
* Able to follow processes and instructions.
* Have a current full driving licence - company van provided.
We operate a state of the art IOS app to track jobs, enabling us to work smarter with real-time communication between our customers, field staff and office.
Hourly rate of pay dependant on experience.
