As Facilities Assistant, you will sit within a team that delivers specific outcomes for customers and stakeholders and will also have specific responsibility for delivery of services and projects.
The quality of services delivered to customers will be a key deliverable for the Facilities Management Teams and made transparent to our Customers and Stakeholders.
You will form a key part of delivering a great service to our customer on a day-to-day basis.
Key Responsibilities
* Front of house such as welcoming visitors & supporting them appropriately
* Ensuring security procedures are followed
* Delivery of support services such as porterage, meeting room management, managing the FM mailbox
* Inductions for new starters, including H&S and environmental inductions
* Logging, facilitating, and overseeing reactive and PPM visits
* Ensuring compliance with environmental & HSEQ standards
* Completion and compliance of traffic management plans, fire risk assessments, and water hygiene arrangements as appropriate
* Completing and assisting with audits including security
* Supporting the delivery of low to medium risk projects
