Tuesday to Friday 8.30am till 6pm
Saturday 8.30am till 5pm

We are excited to announce that we are now looking for new members to join our reception/front of house team. We are seeking a friendly, organized, and professional candidate
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage patient appointments and schedules efficiently.
* Handle patient inquiries via phone, email, and in-person.
* Process patient check-ins and check-outs, ensuring all necessary forms are completed.
* Maintain accurate patient records and update information as needed.
* Coordinate payments
* Ensure the reception area and surrounding is clean, tidy, and well-organized.
* Assist with administrative tasks as required.
Experience:
* Previous experience in a receptionist or front-of-house role, preferably in a dental or medical setting but not essential as full training will be provided
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
* Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
* Friendly, professional, and customer-focused attitude.
