Our client’s large, modern elderly care home is looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic chef to join their kitchen team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who thrives in a busy professional kitchen and enjoys making a positive impact on residents’ wellbeing. As Sous Chef, you will play a key role in delivering freshly prepared, delicious meals tailored to the needs of elderly residents, including those requiring specialist diets or texture-modified foods. You will support and lead the kitchen team, ensuring high standards of food quality, safety, and hygiene.
