We’re growing fast and are looking for an enthusiastic, organised team player to help us deliver exceptional service every step of the way.

About the Role

As a Customer Account Executive, you’ll be the first point of contact for job requests from our account-holding clients. You’ll coordinate everything from job logging to engineer scheduling, and ensure each maintenance job is completed on time and to a high standard. This role is perfect for someone with strong organisation skills, great communication, and experience in customer or account management; especially in a fast-paced or field service environment.

Key Responsibilities

* Respond to job requests via phone and email
* Log new jobs into our system quickly and accurately
* Schedule and allocate jobs to engineers
* Track job progress and keep clients updated
* Ensure engineers arrive on time, take photos, and provide accurate quotes
* Monitor job completion and close jobs on the system
* Raise and send invoices
* Handle any complaints or client feedback
* Maintain strong working relationships with clients
* Support monthly sales/revenue tracking and help hit team KPIs

What We’re Looking For

* Previous experience in customer service, account management, or scheduling (ideally B2B or maintenance-related)
* Excellent organisation and multitasking skills
* Strong written and verbal communication skills
* Comfortable using systems like Outlook, Excel, and CRM/job tracking tools
* Confident, proactive, and detail-oriented
* Able to work under pressure and manage multiple jobs at once
* Flexible to take on-call work

Schedule

* 40hrs (Shift Working: 9am-6pm and/or 12pm-9pm)
* On-call: Weekends every 3 weeks (with a days off in lieu during the week)

Salary

* £26,000 per year
* Performance-based bonuses available
