The company has a network of offices across the UK, and their specialist planning teams deliver a variety of planning services for development types including residential, commercial, rural, leisure, and renewables.
Qualifications and Experience:
Suitable candidates will have a degree in a planning-related discipline, ideally a further MSc (or equivalent), be a Chartered Member of RTPI, and possess extensive post-qualification town planning experience, preferably within a consultancy environment.
Duties:
* Preparing planning applications and appeals, including site appraisals and planning strategies for various residential and rural developments.
* Advising clients on promoting development schemes through Local Plans.
* Managing projects.
* Mentoring junior team members.
* Joining a leading consultancy with excellent career progression opportunities.
